Resi, a 17 year old student at the Winter School in Park City, UT, stunned the ski world this past winter in her rookie season on the World Cup tour. In only her second career World Cup slalom event, Resi skied out of the number 61 start slot to place 11th, with the 3rd fastest 2nd run. Resi was subsequently named to the 2003 World Championship team in St Mortiz, Switzerland, along with 15 US Olympians. Again she delighted fans with a 10th place finish in the combined event and a 19th place finish in the slalom, as the best American finisher of the day! Resi capped off a spectacular season with two bronze medals from World Jr Championships in France and 3 Jr medals and a combined bronze medal at the US National Championships in Lake Placid!
