Hunter is a man on a mission. In 1998, after graduating Cum Laude from Wake Forest University with a BS in Business, Hunter turned to the World of Pro Triathlons. In his first year, he shocked the country by winning the US Pro Championship. Since then he has not looked back from being the number one ranked triathlete in the country. At the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Hunter was the top American finisher. He's now focusing on winning a medal at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games in Athens, Greece. Hunter's proven he can beat the best last season with a first and second place finish against the 2000 Olympic Champion. Not only is Hunter a tremendous athlete, but a tremendous person. In 2000 on a last minute request, Hunter entered a race to help another teammate earn a spot to the Olympics. It's a true test of what Hunter is made of and his unselfishness as a human being.
