The Team

Michael T Spencer, Esq.
President

Michael brings a passion for sports that can be seen both on and off the field of play. On the field, Michael was a top ranked freestyle mogul skier and aerialist competing at an international level. During that time, Michael earned a Bachelors of Science in Communications from the University of Utah. Michael continued his education earning his Juris Doctorate and Certificate for Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine School of Law. Michael's legal expertise along with a love for sport combines the necessary components used to help athletes secure long-term relationships during their competitive career. Michael's other work experience includes Public Relations Director for the Utah Winter Games, legal associate for Fox Sports Net, and legal associate for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Michael is currently an active member of the Utah State Bar Association.

Jennifer Holden
Account Executive

Jenny joined Ego Sports Management in July 2009 after two years managing "Team America" as Bode Millers Executive Assistant. Her work with Team America was highlighted by Bode recapturing the Overall World Cup Title in 2008. Prior to her years with Bode Jenny spent four seasons as the US Alpine Men’s Team Manager. Jenny’s competitive, athletic career began as Nordic Skier from her youth in Maine until NCAA Division one racing at the University of Vermont. Ego Sports Management is fortunate to have Jenny join our team as she brings a wealth of knowledge in the commitment and process necessary for the development of successful professional athletes. Her passion and dedication assisting athletes has defined her career from its beginning at the Lifeworks Sports and Rehabilitation Center in Annapolis through Management of Ski Jumping & Nordic Combined within the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee to a leadership role with the best alpine skiers the US has ever produced. This is the experience she brings to Ego Sports in our quest to provide athletes the tools to reach their dreams.

Strategy

Through numerous discussion with each client, we will identify and develop individual, professional, and personal objectives both short and long-term. Subsequently, EGO Sports Management shall develop a detailed road map that will be mutually agreed upon by the client to achieve these objectives.

EGO Sports Management will analyze and evaluate the specific demographic that are most relevant to each client and their sport. Then using our company's database and extensive industry contacts we will reference the brands, products and companies that best match each individual client to develop the ideal endorsement partnerships.
